Subject: Application 19/01149/LIPV
Application 19/01149/LIPV by Taza Take Away at 35a Queensway,
London W2 4QJ for an extension of their trading hours from midnight to
2am.
I strongly oppose this application. The extended trading hours
are totally unacceptable within the Queensway stress
area. An extension of hours would have a clear negative affect
on residents living above and adjacent to the premises.
I am aware of very strong concerns by residents about this application
and whether the premises is abiding by its current licensing conditions.
To grant this application would send a very negative message
about the extent of the City Council’s concerns about limiting the impact of
licensed premises on residents.
Andrew
